			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>[BBC]-  Protests on ending oil production caused a massive uproar in Niger.  The governments decision to stop fuel subsidies resulted in Nigerians targeting the homes and offices of politicians.  In order to regain structure and control in Niger the government implemented a 24 hour curfew to the state of Niger.  This curfew has also been implemented in the state of Kaduna after similar protests occurred.</p>
