Brazil minister faces corruption charges

[The Rio Times]- Charges of corruption are being leveled against Fernando Bezerra Coelho, Brazil’s Minister for National Integration. Seven cabinet members have already left their positions during the first year of President Dilma Rousseff’s term. In spite of the string of charges, the president remains popular.
